Due to COVID-19, our store operations and services have been impacted.

We are currently experiencing some product replenishment issues and we no longer allow any pick-ups from our Somersby warehouse. We are only sending orders by delivery.

While our team are working hard to ensure that our products stock levels are replenished, unfortunately due to the delay from our overseas suppliers and the global impact of COVID-19 we are currently experiencing some delays with receiving stock from a few of our suppliers which means some products aren’t available at present.

Due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network we are working closely with our freight team to ensure there are no delays with your deliveries. However, there may be possible delays of 1-2 days on top of the expected delivery times.
