Warranties

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality. A 12 Month warranty is offered on all ranges. Please contact us for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects. Coops and Cages reserve the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Coops and Cages. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Coops and Cages. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of Content

Coops and Cages has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Password/Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. Coops and Cages shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Payment

Full payment for any goods ordered must be made by credit, debit card or Paypal in advance of delivery. All products are shown in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Coops and Cages do not store your credit card number details. All credit card transactions are processed by PayPal

Delivery Times and Rates

We will process your order the day we receive it. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. You can track your order by entering your order number we provide you on the carrier website. Please note: It can take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to appear.

Refund Policy

All goods are delivered with a 100% money back guarantee in accordance to your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. In order to return goods under your money back guarantee, you must contact us within 7 working days of delivery of the goods, and you must arrange for and pay the cost of returning the goods to us. If the goods arrive used and/or unpacked, the customer is required to pay for a restocking fee which is calculated as 20% of the goods sale price. Returns and refunds after this 7 day period only apply to faulty goods and valid for 12 months.

Refunds will be provided after Coops And Cages receive the item that is being refunded, to ensure the product is in the same condition as it left our warehouse.

Faulty goods

In these terms and conditions faulty goods means any goods we supply to you that do not conform to the contract. Faulty goods does not include any goods that are faulty due to fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, failure to follow the manufacturer's or our instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the prior approval of us or the manufacturer. You should notify us as soon as possible if you discover that any goods are faulty.

Returning goods – general

When you return goods to us for any reason:

  • you must ensure that they are properly and securely packaged and labelled with our address;
  • you are always responsible for any damage in transit that is due to incorrect packing or inadequate packaging by you
  • you are responsible for any damage or loss in transit where you arrange the transport.

Please note: the customer is responsible for returning the product. We recommend that you use a courier with a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for damaged or lost return packages and will not issue you a refund if we do not receive the product back in a new, unused, unsoiled condition with all the original packaging and pieces, fit for re-sale. On receipt the returned item we will inspected and we will issue you a refund for the cost of the item within 7 working days. We also recommend that you choose a courier that will insure your returned items from loss or damage. We do not refund any delivery charges, this includes the original cost to get the product to you and or the costs involved in returning it.

If you return goods because you think they are faulty goods, we may charge you the cost of all transport and our actual costs and expenses in the event that the goods are not in fact faulty goods.

Exclusions of Liability

Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Coops and Cages or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
