No, we do not have a showroom. We operate fully online, which helps us keep costs down and offer lower prices compared to traditional pet stores that have showroom overheads.

All of the dimensions, carton sizes, images and other information can be found on the product pages provided.

We aim to keep all products in stock all the time.

If you come across an item out of stock that you are interested in, email us and we can check the product’s ETA for you.

It will depend on what the error is. If you are able to send us a screenshot of the error, the exact text of what it said or the error code, it will help us assist you.

You should be emailed an order confirmation within 10 minutes of placing your order. Then a tracking email from the freight company within 2 business days. Please check your junk or spam folder.

If you cannot find the emails, please contact our customer service team. We can provide any information you require.

We do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order. But please contact us immediately. We dispatch orders very quickly and modifications are not possible after the order is dispatched.

Please check that the dimensions are the same as the product you purchased online before contacting us. Our products are used for multiple animals and occasionally the product is exactly the same but advertised with a different name.

Occasionally, we offer sales with discount codes.

The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order.

Customers may only use one discount code per order. Each discount code is limited to one use per customer.

Some discount codes may have a minimum spend amount and an expiry date.

You cannot use discount codes to purchase gift cards. However, you can redeem a gift card and a discount code together.

We occasionally offer discount codes to help you save on our products, but we do not schedule sales far in advance, so it is difficult to predict when the next promotion will be. Regularly check our Specials page or subscribe to our email newsletter to be the first to know.

Sorry no, we are unable to do custom orders. We don’t manufacture anything here ourselves. Our products are made in China to our design in bulk then imported directly to our Central Coast NSW warehouse.

We offer Click and Collect from our Central Coast NSW warehouse.

To use the Click and Collect service, you must order and pay for your items through our website then book in a time for warehouse pick up. We are here Monday – Friday 9am – 1pm.

Please note that we do NOT have a showroom. Our warehouse is only available for the collection of pre-purchased items.

Delivery cost is calculated on the weight of your cartons and the distance they will travel.

You can check the delivery cost of any product by adding your postcode into the postage calculator on each product page.

We aim to dispatch all orders from our Central Coast NSW warehouse within 1-2 business days.

Delivery then usually takes another 1-7 business days. But it depends where you are located. Rural areas will take longer.

Please contact us with your postcode for a more accurate delivery time estimate.

The freight companies we use do provide tracking numbers via email. But they cannot guarantee any delivery date. They can only provide an estimate based on typical timeframes.

Delivery times may be longer around holidays or peak sales periods.

We deliver to all Australian states and territories.

An exception may be some rural areas that do not get couriers. In these areas, you may be required to collect your order from a local depot or collection point in town. If you are not sure if this is the case in your area, contact us with your full address and we will check with our freight company reps.

We CANNOT deliver:

  • Outside of Australia.
  • To islands without road access. This includes, but is not limited to, Russell Island 4184 and King Island 7256.
  • PO boxes, Parcel Lockers or post offices.
  • South Nanango 4615.
  • Laguna 2325.
  • Putty 2330.

Most cartons are large and can only be sent via Border Express. They may pass your cartons onto a local delivery agent in your area.

Some smaller items may be sent via Aramex or Australia Post.

Our timber enclosures are made from Chinese fir. It is a soft wood grown in plantations in China. We use it because it is naturally rot-resistant so lasts well outdoors without the need for toxic chemical treatments.

All our timber products come already coated in water-based, non-toxic stain.

Most of our enclosures for chickens, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs are timber with wire mesh on the sides. The wire mesh is 0.9mm thick and has squares 11mm x 11mm. It is staple gunned onto the inside of the timber frame.

This wire mesh on the sides should keep out foxes, snakes, cats, rats and mice.

However, most enclosures are open to the ground. If the enclosure is placed on soft or uneven ground, some predators may be able to get in underneath. You could prevent this by adding wire mesh to the base of the enclosure yourself.

If you are worried about a particular predator, please contact us for advice.

It depends on the location and how well it is looked after. We recommend cleaning it regularly and re-staining every year or so (like you would with outdoor timber furniture).

If placed on ground that is regularly damp, the base may eventually rot. It is a good idea to place the enclosure on a dry or (such as pavers or a treated  ).

Unfortunately, because it is so dependent on location and care, we can’t offer a guaranteed lifetime on our products. But many customers report their enclosures last 5-10 years.

All product listings include detailed dimensions of the enclosure plus how many pets we recommend you could fit inside. For dog kennels, compare the provided ‘internal’ dimensions to a bed your dog sleeps on now.

It can be difficult to tell sizing from photos. Always get out a tape measure and measure out the size in your backyard to help you visualise.

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that are delivered by email. Once your order is placed, the gift card code is sent automatically to your inbox. Make sure to check your junk/spam folder.

You can choose from $50, $100, $150, $200, $250 or $500 values, and the gift card can be used toward any product available on our website.

Please note, we do not offer physical or printed gift cards.

You can decide when your gift card email is sent at the time you add it to your cart.

Now: The gift card email is sent as soon as your order is completed.

Later: Select a future date and the email will be delivered on that day.

If you choose a future delivery date, the email will be sent at the same time of day your order was placed. For example, an order made at 1:00pm today and scheduled for next Monday will be emailed at 1:00pm next Monday.

If you need the gift card sent at a specific time, please get in touch at least 2 business days before the selected send date and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

At checkout, enter your gift card code into the field near the payment methods. The value of the gift card will be automatically deducted from your order total.

If the gift card balance doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the difference using another payment method. If there’s money left over on the gift card, it will remain available for future purchases.

You can redeem multiple gift cards on the same purchase. Gift cards cannot be applied to existing bank transfer orders.

Yes, you can use one discount code and a gift card on the same order. The discount code is applied first, with the gift card balance then deducted from the remaining total.

  • Gift cards can be used for full or partial payment. Any leftover balance can be used later.
  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using discount codes and are not included in sitewide or storewide sales.
  • Treat gift cards like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Yes, most of our products come as flatpacks and require assembly. They come in large panels, already stained and with the wire mesh already attached on. You simply line the panels up then screw them together.

Screws and instructions are provided. You will need a drill or battery-powered screwdriver with a Phillips head bit.

They are not too tricky and most customers assemble the enclosure themselves without the need for professional assistance.

No sorry, we don’t offer assembly services. Our products are quite easy to assemble and the majority of our customers will put them together themselves at home.

You could also contact a local handyman in your area for a quote. Most of our enclosures take 1-2 hours to assemble, depending on the size.

All of our timber enclosures come already coated in water-based, non-toxic stain.

We recommend re-staining them every year or so, like you would with outdoor timber furniture.

If you want to, you can paint the timber sections of your enclosure. You can paint straight over the stain without needing to sand it back. But be cautious of using toxic paints near your pets, especially on rabbit or guinea pig hutches as they are likely to chew it.

We don’t recommend painting the asphalt roofs as they are textured and it won’t look very nice.

It is a good idea, especially if placed in a windy or exposed area.

The easiest way it to attach stakes to the corners of your enclosure, then peg it into the ground. Alternatively, you could partially bury a timber frame into the ground then screw the enclosure down onto the frame.
