Payment details:

  • Bank deposit payments must be paid within 2 working days to ensure product choice is available.
  • Afterpay limit is $2,000 per order.
  • Only one payment method per order is allowed.

We offer Click and Collect from our Central Coast NSW warehouse.

To use the Click and Collect service, you must order and pay for your items through our website then book in a time for warehouse pick up.

Please note that we do NOT have a showroom. Our warehouse is only available for the collection of pre-purchased items.

This helps us offer you prices that are lower than our competition and pet stores, while still maintaining such a high quality.

All of the dimensions, carton sizes, images and other information can be found on the product pages provided.

We aim to keep all products in stock all the time.

If you come across an item out of stock that you are interested in, email us and we can check the product’s ETA.

It will depend on what the error is. If you are able to send us a screenshot of the error, the exact text of what it said or the error code, it will help us assist you. 

The email might be in your junk or spam folder.

If you cannot find the emails in there, simply notify us via email that you have not received any communication and we will send you through any information that you require.

We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed. Modifications are not possible after an order has been processed. 

If the order has already left our warehouse and you would still like to go ahead with cancelling the order, please see Refunds & Returns for more information.

Please check that the dimensions are the same as the product you purchased online before contacting us. Our products are used for multiple animals and occasionally the product is exactly the same but advertised with a different name.

Occasionally, we offer sales with discount codes.

The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order.

Customers may only use one discount code per order. Each discount code is limited to one use per customer.

Some discount codes may have a minimum spend amount and an expiry date.
