The product is awesome value for money (to say the least). We have used it to hold our three Banthams since they were chicks. A couple of months on and they still love the coop, they prefer it even if they have access to our backyard. To add to this, the customer support was incredible, they always answered with a couple of hours and just that alone was more value than we expected for such a price
