The Coops and Cages Rat Cage is perfectly suited for 5 rats. The cage comes stacked with 4 levels (including the base), safety ramps, feeding bowl, drink bottle, pullout plastic tray for easy cleaning and wheels for easy mobility.
It also conveniently includes 2 strong main doors for easy cleaning and when closed are very secure keeping your pet safe and secure.

I use this for my rats and just put chicken wire along the outside of it, I honestly love it!! Sure it’s a bit of a bugger when trying to clean it since both doors don’t fully open but I find that the one door opens enough to get right in there and clean it. Could easily add a tub in there if you use substrate, I just use fleece and corflute in the summer and it works a charm! and I love the spilt level system as I have two lots of little girls right now that fit in there perfectly. Will definitely purchase another one in the future. I love this cage!

shipping was very fast!! the cage is very good quality and very well made however the bars are way to far apart and this seems more like a ferret cage than a rat cage i think i might just line the cage with chicken wire but this cage is very nice and would recommend for a larger rodent

It’s a perfect cage nice and big but I had to wrap it up in chicken wire so my baby rats don’t get through. But other then that it’s perfect 😍
