Clay kitty litter might be a convenient option, but this product may pose harm to rabbits because of the dust that irritates their lungs.

When looking for beddings, straw and hay make ideal choices since they offer roughage to your pets.  But if you are using a wired-hutch, the best flooring is anything that is partially covered with sisal mat or grass.
